Refunds and Cancellations Policies
It is important that you understand and accept the Refund and Cancellation policies of the products offered by Convergent Trading. Please carefully read through these policies before proceeding with any purchase.
Refunds Policy
Convergent Trading is providing services that consist of the exchange of highly valuable information that is proprietary and confidential. As such, by purchasing our services and products, you are agreeing to our policy of issuing NO REFUNDS for completed transactions.
You are further agreeing to our policy to NOT PRO-RATE our services on cancellation. All sales are final, so please consider this in your purchasing/subscription decision.
Cancellations Policy
Cancellation of your membership must be done at least 10 days prior to your next renewal. For Convergent Trading Community Membership cancellations can be done from the My Account page accessible by logging into the members site.
For Convergent TradeTheNews Subscriptions the User must write to contact [email protected] before the 21st of the current month in order to not be charged for the following month’s subscription.
Once cancelled, the User’s access will continue until the last day of the cancellation month.
